Big Case Roche

Big Case Roche

The Roche Big Case was a marketing and communications initiative and an open innovation program designed to connect young talent with real-world challenges in the healthcare sector.

In the 2019 edition, the challenge proposed by Roche was to develop non-pharmaceutical solutions capable of improving the quality of life of people living with multiple sclerosis.

Throughout the program, participants worked in multidisciplinary teams and received mentorship to transform complex problems into products, services, and experiences with the potential to create meaningful impact.

The program combined a robust branding and marketing strategy with innovation and skills development, bringing together students, specialists, and company leaders around a common goal: generating innovation centered on patients' needs.

As Project Manager, I was responsible for managing the initiative, coordinating strategy, communications, and operations in partnership with Roche teams and other key stakeholders.

How might we improve patients' quality of life through non-pharmaceutical solutions?
